Stitch & Hook sells digital crochet pattern PDFs only. A purchase does not include a finished crochet item, supplies or any physical delivery.
Delivery
Digital files are provided after checkout. Please enter a valid email address and retain your order confirmation.
Download support
If a file is corrupted, the wrong file is delivered, or you cannot access a download, contact us with your order number so we can help.
Personal use
Pattern files may not be copied, redistributed, resold, shared or uploaded elsewhere. Any rights concerning finished items made from a pattern are stated on the relevant product page.
Refunds
Digital purchases are handled in line with applicable law. If you have a genuine file, access or duplicate-purchase issue, please contact us for support.
